Terms of Delivery
Orders are shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of payment (credit card, bank transfer) in case goods are in stock in our warehouse.

Delivery terms For shipments to Italy up to 10 kg max. the amount is calculated on € 12.50 + VAT.
Remain excluded all the islands as Sardinia and Sicily where the transport is calculated on 20 € + VAT.

Delivery time The goods to our warehouse is packed and shipped within 24 hours while for the goods present in the warehouses of our partners is usually delivered within one or at most two weeks from the date of receipt of payment.
I case are required special pieces for which required a specific production time of delivery will be agreed upon from time to time.

Right of withdrawal If the delivered goods has flaws, please let us know as soon as possible but not later than within 8 days of its receipt. We will do our best to find with you the best solution.

Right of revocation: The buyer has the right to cancel the order within 10 days, without any justified reason. The term of 10 days starting from the contract date.
The revocation must expressly made in writing by ordinary mail, fax or email.
When returning goods, the buyer is obliged to notify the vendor name, customer number and invoice number and provide for their own care to the forwarding of the goods.
In the event that payment has already been made, you will wrap a refund (shipping costs excluded).

Reserves the right to cancel:
Articles produced or made to measure of the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Devaluation of the return:
The right of withdrawal in time when these items are used or damaged and not in original packaging.

Transportation costs for the return: The transport costs for the return are borne by the buyer, regardless of the value of goods.

Right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal and revocation applies exclusively for private consumers (or companies that purchase private use).
For businesses, merchants, businesses and government agencies are subject to the trade regulations (HGB).
If the goods do not result delivered, the order may be revoked without just cause, unless other arrangements that must be in writing.
For the revocation of an order it is necessary to inform us in writing by mail - indicating your name, part number and all necessary description.
In case of prepayment, the amount will be refunded.
